I have worked with Mike for several years and I highly recommend his training/nutrition services. He starts each session understanding both new and continuing fitness issues and tailors each session to address those issues in addition to overall fitness goals. I have a far stronger level of fitness since working with him.

Mike has been my personal trainer for a couple of years now. We work on strength training, balance, & agility. Mike often suggests homework that I can do on my own. As an example, I’m having some soreness in my shoulder area & Mike suggested some exercises for me. It’s making a difference! I meet with Mike every week & he tailors my sessions so they are different every week. He knows there’s some things I don’t like (like planks) but we still do them, but we mix it up so it’s not the same old thing. I don’t go to Mike for nutrition support but we talk often eating healthy & we swap recipes. Mike has improved my health & I’m getting stronger because of the plan he puts together for me. I love working with Mike! He is very personable and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly how to do the exercises and frankly he wants to see you succeed! We talked about my own goals, and he worked with me on how to achieve my goals when I am not in the gym. I love hearing his tidbits. For example, he suggested that I add protein to my diet when I worked out. Sometimes, I did not get the exercise right and he walked me through exactly where I should feel muscle move. I would highly recommend him!
